Easy Almond & Chocolate Rebel Bites

This is so easy that even I can't mess it up. I keep them in the fridge for chocolate emergencies!

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g dark chocolate (choose an organic brand made with at least 75% cacao)

  • 30g almond butter (choose a brand made with almonds and nothing else added)

  • 50g roasted almonds (roughly chopped)

  • Pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS

  • Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces, and place these in a bowl.

  • Melt the chocolate over a bain-marie (place the bowl over a saucepan of boiling water).

  • Once melted, add the almond butter and roasted almonds and mix until everything is combined.

  • Pour into silicone molds or a container lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle it with salt and place in the fridge to set for an hour.

  • Once set, store in an airtight container in the fridge.

  • You can also get creative and use hazelnut butter and hazelnuts, or add granola instead of roasted nuts.
